On Friday the Mueller community gathered to commemorate Anzac Day, remembering those who have sacrificed for the sake of our freedom.
In the afternoon of 31 October 1917, the 4th and 12th Australian Light Horse Regiment valiantly and successfully took the town of Beersheba. This is remembered as the last great cavalry charge. This year, we especially remember the sacrifice made by the Australian Light Horse.
