Secondary Assembly got a little competitive this week when Mr Dickfos represented the Science Department by bringing an old scientific song and challenging the room to to recite it. The song is called ‘The Elements’ and was written in 1959 to include all of the chemical elements known at the time.
After the whole assembly made a dismal attempt at setting a world record recitation, Mr Valese Jr, an old student of Mr Dickfos, also tried and failed. Finally, a current Senior chemistry student took the microphone and showed everybody how it was done.
