Year 4 students stepped into the immersive experience of virtual reality last week with a unique kind of incursion. Using virtual reality headsets, the classes were transported to the rainforests of Far North Queensland to learn about the traditional histories and cultures of Aboriginal people.

With a 360-degree view and fully-networked headsets, the students stepped into the experience together, playing interactive educational games that explored various aspects of the Dreamtime. Watch the video below for a snippet of what they saw…
