Year 9 VizArts are nearly finished a semester-long study into how nature inspires artists. Projects have included: macro photography as well as still life drawing, collage, and painting. Some of the projects pictured include abstract sculptures based on coral and shells, Polynesian navigation maps, and Japanese Sand gardens.
The range of activities in the room at once is due to students learning to establish their own learning program as a way of learning to time manage as well as follow individual creative interests.
