Year 12 Graduation marked the end of 13 years of schooling for the Class of 2022. Family and friends gathered last week to celebrate the long journey of study, challenge, and stretching that these students have completed which was illustrated with a baby montage, reflected on by encouragement from teachers, and sung (and rapped) about by the students. There was time for honoring those who had high achievements academically with Academic Excellence awards, and video packages that showed the fun and friendship in day-to-day school life.
The full stop on the night was the group singing a favourite praise song acknowledging God’s faithfulness as confetti fell and they celebrated on stage together. With a photo booth and supper afterwards, the celebration continued into the night.
