The 2024 Year 9 Boys Camp was more than just a wilderness adventure; it was a transformative journey of self-discovery. The boys faced a series of challenges, from navigating demanding hikes and constructing their own rafts to conquering the giant swing and mastering campfire cooking. The experience culminated in a powerful solo night, where each student penned a letter to his future self, reflecting on the lessons learned. This journey, far beyond its physical tests, served as a rite of passage, forging resilience, and helping to shape young minds towards lives of purpose and integrity.

The Year 9 girls spent three days at Tunnel Ridge Ranch on the Sunshine Coast. The time presented lots of activities that challenged them whilst promoting teamwork and building positive relationships with each other. The activities ranged from bush skills to leatherwork, raft building to horse riding where there were clearly some fast equine friendships forged.

They also had time to unwind, making camp-favourite damper over a fire and creating their own t-shirt camp memorabilia. The girls should be proud of their achievements and have many positive memories to look back on.
