It’s a day that students plan and prepare for all year (and then often change their minds at the last minute!) and it finally came this week – the Book Week parade!
All the favourites came out – ie. every character from Harry Potter and Star Wars – and the classic literary characters made an appearance too – Captain Flint from Treasure Island, Fern from Charlotte’s Web, and Snugglepot & Cuddlepie. The beautiful diversity of chosen characters showed the breath of story and creativity that draws so many into books.
