Last week our gifted education students were given the opportunity to stretch their maths wings and participate in an incursion from ‘World of Maths’. The premise of the activities centered around how maths is integrated into everyday life, and in particular, games.
They spent the morning exploring this theory by tackling a range of different puzzles and problems in teams. The incursion gave them space to learn more about maths in a practical way, and have some fun in the process!
