The excitement was palpable last week when Year 1 got a visit from Larrikin Puppets. From the broad smiles on their faces to the delighted squeals when they spotted ‘missing’ puppets popping out from the curtain, they were a captivated audience!
Some fortunate students had the chance to try their hand at puppeteering, singing along with ‘Troggg’ and the whole of Year One to ‘You can be kind’. While a lot of fun was had, the show had a purposeful message that demonstrated recognising different emotions and, ultimately, encouraged kindness.
