Yr 11 student, Diana Ganibalova, participated in a science research program called ‘SPARQ-ed’ over the holidays. The program aims to give students from across Queensland a practical introduction to biomedical research at their cutting-edge facility in Brisbane.

Students are divided into groups throughout the week as they work on a specific research project, and then present their findings as the conclusion. It was wonderful to see Diana have the opportunity to explore aspirations of a future in STEM.
