Last Wednesday Drama and Music students travelled into QPAC to see the award-winning musical “Come From Away”.
It was impossible not to be deeply moved by this savvy and thoroughly entertaining musical. A tonic for our times, set during the tragedy of September 11 the musical displayed how kindness and community healed people during this time.
Students will now analyse and evaluate the musical in its art form for their different assessments. We were all taken back by the exceptional quality of music and the professionalism of the performers telling this story.
