Survival Camp is the ‘King of Camps’ at Mueller and for good reason. As the culmination of units like Canoeing, Hiking, Lightweight Camping, Teamwork & Leadership; students undertake a 5 day expedition with their only supplies being what is carried on their backs.

After two consecutive years of challenges (floods and covid), this year’s cohort was pleasantly confronted with welcomed low wind, low rain, low heat conditions. Nevertheless, like every other year, students were tested within their heart and head to overcome the difficult journey.

In true Survival Camp style, they were rewarded with two final days of calm beachfront where tribes battled it out across a number of disciplines to be crowned victor. Survival Camp is well known for its growth through challenges and this year was no different as students grew both individually and collectively.
