Students studying Cert II in Tourism had the opportunity to experience a day as a cabin crew member at Aviation Australia. Some of the excitement for the day included jumping from an aircraft using the emergency slide and floating in a life raft built to hold 70 persons.

Students learnt about the preparation required to apply for a position with major airlines, what to expect and the benefits of travel and opportunities that come with the job position. They also practised first-hand practical airline operations when working as a cabin crew member.

It was a very positive experience and maybe next time you fly you might be served by a Mueller graduate!
