Next week’s Family Dinner Night we step into Mr Valese’s childhood. Growing up in an Italian household, pasta was the order of the day. Cannelloni was the go-to weekend meal when there was more time to cook and fill the tubes.
Whether it is a simple spaghetti dish or more complicated handmade ravioli, you can’t go past the fun of filling cannelloni tubes and watching the cheese crust over in the oven. We hope you enjoy next week’s cooking with your children and spending time in Family Dinner Night.
