Year 7 Textile students will be checking the mail this week as they await the arrival of sewing packs sent to their homes. Students will be taught accompanying techniques via lesson videos from their teachers on iLearn and begin tackling constructing their own decorative pillowcase over the coming weeks. The project has been modified to be hand-sewn, allowing maximum accessibility as students won’t have use of the school sewing machines.
