Our Primary lunchtime clubs are back up and running, and this week GLOW began in full force with almost 40 students turning up on Tuesday.
GLOW is a student-led group facilitated by a handful of our Year 6 leaders who volunteer their time to, in their words, ‘tell kids about God’. Aimed at gathering Year 3 and 4’s, they shared passionately about discipleship and the Great Commission while their audience leaned in and asked questions over the noise of the surrounding playgrounds.
They finished up their time with a game on the oval and a friendly goodbye until next week. It is amazing to see our older students so patiently and generously volunteering their time to invest in other students.
