Music students were recently visited on campus by members of the Australian Army Band. The party spent time listening to the Funk Band rehearsal during lunch and giving tips to help elevate their performance.
They then joined the Senior Music students to give some individual encouragement and instruction on their chosen instruments before performing for the class. The four members mesmerised their audience with a lively and skilful rendition of several swing pieces, no doubt inspiring the students to keep honing their craft.
