The Year 11 & 12 Dance students had the opportunity last term to see ‘THREE’ presented by Australasian Dance Collective (ADC) at the Brisbane Powerhouse.
Students attended a special educational insight matinee where they heard from ADC Artistic Director, Amy Hollingsworth, sharing aspects of the creative development of each of the works in the program. For a true behind-the-curtain experience, the audience witnessed the technical changeover between the works and insight into the production elements. At the end of the performance, Amy was joined by three of the company dancers and two of the choreographers for a live Q&A with the audience.
