Next weekend is Esther the Musical. The story is famous, but the musical is a home grown, Mueller written script. The students have been working incredibly hard learning their lines and songs. You will thoroughly enjoy the show and the flashback to the 80s.
Esther is a tremendous story of courage and integrity as a young Queen (Esther) carries out her responsibilities in trusting God to protect and provide for her people. Esther is also part of a much larger story. There is a single story of redemption in the Bible, with Esther playing her part in fulfilling God’s promise to Abraham.

The story of Esther is one of courage and service and is very fitting to hear in the week leading up to ANZAC Day. Next week is our ANZAC Service. This year we are focussing on the contribution women have made in the service of our country. You are all invited to one of our ANZAC services.
Term 2 is 10 weeks of reading, writing and arithmetic. Once again, we are focussed on making sure students come to school with a smile, leave with a smile and LEARN heaps of stuff in-between.
